POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT

Solar Safety Coordinator supports the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) team in the development, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Moss Solar's EHS programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements within an assigned project. This position leads at the project site level.

Responsibilities

• Supports EHS functions on a project site
• Supports the maintenance and implementation of EHS programs, compliance plans, and initiatives on the assigned site
• Supports and leads by influence and strategic partnership with project and construction teams on the assigned site
• Facilitates meetings and training sessions
• Evaluates environmental health and safety related risks
• Maintains knowledge of record-keeping principles and practices
• Evaluates potential EHS-related risks
• Works independently and with a team with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Performs other duties as assigned

Classification : Full Time – Exempt – Salary

Reports To : Solar Safety Manager
