Are you an organized, people-first leader with a passion for driving customer service excellence? Alpine Specialty Services is looking for an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead our Customer Support & Sales Team (CSAs) to the next level.

About the Role :

In this vital leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our front-line CSA team, managing communication systems, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from first call to final thank-you. You'll help shape the voice of Alpine through training, texting platform strategy, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Customer Service Associates (CSAs)
  • Manage and monitor call center performance metrics (booking rates, call conversion, hold times, etc.)
  • Oversee text-based customer communications , including templates, tone, and follow-up automation
  • Drive team goal achievement through daily huddles, weekly reporting, and continuous improvement
  • Handle CSA hiring, onboarding, and training programs to maintain our high standard of professionalism and friendliness
  • Collaborate with field management to ensure seamless communication and scheduling
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction
  • Manage schedules, time-off requests, and coverage to ensure team efficiency
  • Champion Alpine's brand values and maintains a positive, solutions-focused work culture

What We're Looking For :

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service management or office leadership role (home services industry a big plus!)
  • Strong understanding of call center operations and key metrics
  • Experience managing texting platforms or CRM communication tools (e.g., Podium, ServiceTitan, etc.)
  • A natural leader with excellent communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and balance multiple priorities
  • Tech-savvy and highly organized, with a sharp attention to detail
