Job Summary :
The IT Support Technician I will deliver essential technical assistance to onsite users, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and overall network infrastructure. This pivotal role involves hands-on support, offering guidance to end users and participating in various projects, all within the dynamic field of IT.
Basic Qualifications :
- A minimum of a High School diploma or GED / HiSET required.
- An Associate's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent technical training required.
- Strong knowledge and experience with PC hardware and software technology.
- Familiarity with Windows Server and Windows Operating Systems.
- Proficient troubleshooting skills with hardware.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to various tasks and schedules.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
Preferred Qualifications :
1-2 years of experience in a Help Desk Support role preferred.Schedule : Monday - Friday, 1st Shift
