What We’re Looking For

1+ year multi-family property management experience (leadership experience a plus)

High-energy, customer-focused attitude

Strong leadership and training skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, solutions-oriented environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Experience with Entrata or similar property management software is a plus

Key Responsibilities

Assist with interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training team members

Support delinquency management and financial tracking

Drive occupancy through leasing and marketing strategies

Process purchase orders and invoices as needed

Conduct property leasing and maintain rent roll tracking

Provide exceptional customer service to residents

Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times
