Position Summary :

Schwickert's Tecta America is seeking an experienced HVAC & Plumbing Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind projects from start to finish, reviewing plans, bidding jobs, and managing awarded projects to successful completion. You'll collaborate with general contractors, vendors, suppliers, and customers while working closely with the Superintendent and project team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Business Development & Client Relations

• Develop and track sales leads while promoting department services.
• Partner with other departments to strengthen collaboration.
• Build long-term strategies for departmental growth.
• Resolve client concerns and past-due accounts in a professional manner.
• Support field personnel through effective customer relations.

Project Management

Estimating & Financial Management

Quality & Production Oversight

Compensation :

Starting pay ranges from $80,000-$110,000+ plus commission , based on experience and qualifications.
