About the Role

Crusoe is seeking a Head of AI Platform & Ecosystem Partnerships to build and scale relationships across AI platforms, marketplaces, startups, and VC communities. You’ll collaborate with leading AI / ML platforms, developer tool providers, open-source projects, startup programs, and venture networks to drive adoption and joint GTM initiatives that expand Crusoe Cloud’s footprint.

This is a high‑impact, hands‑on role focused on go‑to‑market execution and revenue acceleration through co‑sell, co‑build, and community growth initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with a bias for action and can build programs from scratch, deliver measurable outcomes, and evolve the function into a scalable growth channel over time.

A Day In The Life

• Build and activate platform partnerships : Identify and engage AI / ML orchestration platforms and marketplace partners aligned with Crusoe’s growth priorities.
• Engage startup ecosystems : Partner with VCs, venture networks, and AI‑native companies to help them access compute and managed inference services on Crusoe Cloud.
• Collaborate with developer and open‑source communities : Work alongside Crusoe’s Developer Relations team to amplify adoption programs and ecosystem awareness.
• Develop repeatable programs : Create playbooks, enablement content, and joint GTM frameworks that scale Crusoe’s presence across AI‑focused partner segments.
• Be the ecosystem voice : Collaborate across Product, Sales, and Marketing to align partner initiatives with Crusoe’s platform strategy and customer needs.
• Drive GTM and adoption : Launch and scale joint go‑to‑market motions with partners.
• Measure success : Track, analyze, and report on ecosystem growth, adoption metrics, and partner‑driven revenue impact.

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $220,000‑$280,000 OTE. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
