Job descriptionConsult with franchise ownership clients on business processes such as succession and tax planning. Lead, schedule, supervise, and review tax engagements. Develop and train team members to help them build inspired careers. Foster and build opportunities for our clients, communities, and people. Become an industry professional and attend industry-leading events and trainings. Perform a range of tax procedures in accordance with the size and complexity of the engagement. Review complex partnership, S-corp, pass‑thru, and high-net‑worth personal tax returns. The role is local and based out of one of the following offices : Orlando, Tampa, Lakeland, Fort Myers, or Naples. Minimum of 6 years of experience serving in a tax role with a public accounting firm. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Active JD, CPA, or EA certification. Looking for a firm that supports and fosters your aspiring career goals. Passionate about helping others and ready to join a team of high‑performing people. Skilled at solving issues and confidently bringing solutions to the table. Loves working with clients to help their businesses succeed strategically.
