Resurface Incorporated is looking for skilled and dependable Concrete / Asphalt Workers , Roller Man , and Lute Man to join our growing asphalt team. If you’ve got experience in heavy equipment operation, a strong work ethic, and take pride in getting the job done right, we want to hear from you.

Positions Available

Asphalt Laborers / Operators

Concrete Laborers / Finishers / Form Setters

Crew Leaders / Foremen (experience required)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with grading, forming, pouring, finishing, and paving operations.
• Operate small tools and equipment (rollers, skid steers, saws, tampers, etc.).
• Work safely around heavy equipment and moving vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Follow instructions from the foreman or supervisor and work as part of a team.
