Job description

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the execution and reporting for the parking port acquisition strategy in Japan

Develop and implement scalable sales tactics to acquire parking ports for vehicles

Collaborate with the global Business Development team to support competitive deal negotiations

Required Qualifications

Bilingual in Japanese and English with advanced business-level proficiency

5-7+ years of experience in strategic sales, sales operations, or partnership roles

People management experience, including managing external sales representatives

Experience in sourcing, negotiating, and closing contracts

Strong ability to work in a matrixed environment with cross-functional stakeholders
