Required Qualifications

• 5 10+ years of experience with UKG Workforce Management (WFC / WSM / Dimensions / Pro WFM).
• Strong expertise in timekeeping, scheduling, labor rules, pay rules, accruals, and compliance configuration.
• Hands‑on experience with UKG WIM, Dell Boomi, APIs, REST / SOAP, SQL, and file‑based integrations.
• Experience leading technical design for enterprise‑scale HR / timekeeping systems.
• Prior involvement in large implementations, upgrades, or multi‑country rollouts.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams (HR, Payroll, IT Security, Operations).
