This position may be open to remote candidates. There is also a possibility that this role may lead to a permanent role after six months. Qualifications 3-5 years of general corporate experience in a law firm. Excellent contract drafting, negotiating and analytical skills. Experience working with closely held and family businesses on some or all of the following : governance, contracts, private financings, strategic partnerships, M&A, and retention incentives for key executives and employees. Commercial real estate acquisitions, leasing and financing is a plus. Experience in liquor licensing and employment transactional work helpful. Strong communication, technology, and organizational skills Excellent client-interfacing interpersonal skills.
