Alvaria is seeking a Director, Reporting & Analytics, to lead the development and implementation of reporting and analytical frameworks supporting the Sales and Revenue Operations teams. This role will be responsible for delivering actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, business intelligence, and revenue operations.
Primary Role & Responsibilities :
Data Analysis & Insights :
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive analytics strategy supporting Alvaria’s go-to-market strategy.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive sales growth and operational efficiency.
- Design, implement, and manage a suite of dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reports and data visualizations.
- Develop and maintain reporting standards and best practices to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Continuously explore new data sources and analytical methods to enhance the organization’s analytical capabilities.
- Provide analytics support for sales planning, territory management, quota setting, and incentive compensation design.
Leadership & Collaboration :
Lead and mentor a team of reporting specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to understand their data needs and provide tailored reporting solutions.Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on data and analytics-related matters.Foster a data-centric culture by promoting the use of analytics and insights in strategic planning and day-to-day operations.Provide detailed reporting package to stakeholders including senior leadership and board members.Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, business, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in data analysis, reporting and analytics with a focus on sales and revenue operations.Proven track record of leading analytics teams and delivering impactful insights.Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and analytical software (e.g., SQL).Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-placed, dynamic environment.Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
