IT Specialist (SYSANALYSIS)

Position Description

incumbent serves as a systems analyst and has a journeyman level knowledge of all functional systems design duties involved with the development and or maintenance of one or more complete systems, applications, or equivalent. In essence, the incumbent is a recognized functional authority for the assigned system(s), applications, etc.
