Data Science Intern - Summer 2026

Summary :

ATI is currently seeking an engineering intern in its Specialty Rolled Products R&D division. The internship will primarily be focused on thermomechanical testing using ATI's Gleeble machine.

Essential Functions

• Use the Gleeble machine to test different alloys at different temperature ranges (training will be provided)
• Analyze test data
• Write reports containing processing recommendations
• Interface with project engineers who request testing services
• Perform research on prior test data related to projects
• If necessary, the intern will also perform other related analysis, including SEM imaging and submitting samples for outside testing.
