Job Title : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location :

Primary : Sand Springs, OK 74063
Secondary : Tulsa, OK 74133

Position Type : Direct Hire

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM

Pay Range : $20.83 – $28.52 / hour

Incentives : $2,500 sign-on bonus with 1-year commitment

Experience Level : 0–1 year

Epic Experience : Preferred

Job Summary :

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care and supports clinical operations through examinations, procedures, treatments, and care coordination. This role is essential to ensuring efficient delivery of services and high patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Greet patients and demonstrate sensitivity to their needs and conditions

Assess and document patient status including vital signs, medications, and chief complaints

Assist with examinations, procedures, and treatments per established protocols

Administer medications orally and via intramuscular injection as directed

Perform ancillary services such as venipuncture and x-rays (as applicable)

Maintain and update medical records, charts, and test results

Coordinate care through scheduling, messaging, and prescription refills

Track referrals, tests, and procedures to ensure timely follow-up

Educate patients on wellness, treatment plans, and follow-up care

Participate in quality and safety initiatives

Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and clinic policies

Support supply management and assist in identifying inventory needs

Maintain exemplary patient satisfaction and contribute to a collaborative team environment

Required Skills & Experience :

0–1 year of related clinical experience

Knowledge of disease management, clinical pathways, and the bio-psychosocial model

Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately

Familiarity with healthcare delivery processes in a medical office

Basic computer proficiency; Epic experience preferred

Education & Licensure :

Completion of a practical nursing program or equivalent coursework approved by a state board of nursing

Valid multi-state or Oklahoma LPN license
