???? Job Order: Senior Project Manager Doors & Hardware

Location: San Francisco, CA
Job Type: Full-Time | On-site with local travel
Salary Range: $130,000 $160,000 (Base + Bonus)
Reporting To: President

???? Role Summary:

Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager in the commercial door, frame, and hardware industry to manage up to $3M in annual projects. Ideal candidate is locally based, hands?on, and ready to step into a senior leadership role as a future pillar of the company.

???? Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial projects from award through closeout
• Produce submittals and coordinate purchasing
• Collaborate with union installers and in-house rework shop
• Conduct job site visits (12x weekly)
• Assist with estimating on a limited basisEngage with clients and potentially bring in new business

???? Requirements:

• 510+ years in doors, frames, and hardware (DFH)
• Proven experience managing large?scale construction projects
• Comfortable in a fast?paced, small company environment
• Excellent client communication and on?site presence
• Local candidates strongly preferred

???? Tools Used:

• SpecWorks (hardware)
• FileMaker (submittals)
• No current formal PM software

???? Compensation Structure:

• Target range: $130K$160K (Base + Bonus)
• Structure may be adjusted based on experience and value brought
