Shift Details : Nights, 7 : 00pm-7 : 30, Thursday, Friday & Saturday and Every other Wednesday
Work Location : Crisis - Onsite, Retreat, Peoria, AZ
Salary / Hourly Wage : $32.00 - $36.00 / hour
Sign-On Bonus : $2000.00

Summary of Job : The Clinician II develops a recovery service plan and uses recovery-oriented therapeutic counseling to engage individuals in their individual recovery journey. The Clinician II also orients individuals to the program by collaborating and assessing needs, identifying challenges and facilitating the development of goals in the treatment and recovery process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Serves as the mental health professional for individuals until they are enrolled in services at another community agency, when applicable.
Determines a provisional diagnosis, obtains documentation of medical necessity and submits authorizations for service in a timely fashion.
Performs other related duties assigned.

Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university.
Minimum of one (1) year of behavioral health experience required.
Basic computer skills.
If driving is required for this position, must meet all requirements outlined in Recovery Innovations' driving policy.
Travel required based on business need.
Must be able to pass a seven-year background check.
A Direct Service Competency Checklist must be completed as part of the new hire onboarding process.
Physical Demands :
May include work close to the eyes and substantial motions of the wrist, hands, and / or fingers. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, handling, finger dexterity; eye-hand-foot coordination, use of corrected vision; color vision; use of auditory senses. May be required to lift up to twenty (20) pounds.
Work Environment
May work in an office environment or behavioral health facility. May have contact with individuals who are agitated and / or confused.
