Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Manager to join our External Security Services team in Los Angeles, CA. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a passion for driving cross-functional initiatives. The Program Manager will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, stakeholder alignment, and visibility across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership : Spearheaded a major initiative that successfully resolved over 800 bugs through consistent communication, stakeholder engagement, and diligent follow-ups.
• Operational Support : Provide day-to-day operational assistance to the External Security Services team, ensuring smooth execution of multiple cross-functional projects.
• Stakeholder Communication : Lead the development and distribution of a quarterly newsletter that highlights team activities and achievements, enhancing transparency and collaboration across departments.

The annual salary for this position is between $100k- 110K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
