Job Description :

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our busy Primary Care practice in Jamaica Plain. The role involves a mix of administrative duties, triaging calls, handling prior authorizations, and providing some direct patient care and education.

Key Responsibilities :

• Triage patient calls and manage appointment scheduling.
• Handle prior authorizations and coordinate with insurance providers.
• Provide patient education and support within the Family & Internal Medicine practice.
• Assist with routine patient care as needed.
