ServiceNow Senior Business Analyst (ITAM)

Role Summary
Role and responsibilities : The Senior Business Analyst provides consulting services by combining process and technical expertise to design and implement ServiceNow ITAM solutions facilitating workshops gathering requirements collaborating with technical teams and delivering training and documentation. The role also involves mentoring junior team members and managing customer relationships effectively. 1 2
Required skills and experience : Candidates should have strong business analysis skills at least four years of ServiceNow experience comprehensive knowledge of ITAM and HAM solutions familiarity with IT service management and hands-on experience with ServiceNow configurations and workflows. Additional certifications such as ServiceNow System Administrator Implementation Specialist and ITIL Foundation are preferred. 3 4
Interpersonal and technical competencies : Effective verbal and written communication ability to work independently and in teams across locations attention to detail strategic thinking customer-centric approach and familiarity with web technologies and system integrations are essential for the role. Staying updated on platform updates and managing project risks are also important

In the role of a Senior Business Analyst (ITAM) you will have strong knowledge of ITAM specifically HAM solutions on the ServiceNow Platform and contribute to an innovative team dedicated to defining and implementing cutting-edge customer solutions utilizing the ServiceNow. Delivering consulting services by offering both process and technical expertise to clients; actively participating in the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. This involves engaging with customers defining user requirements managing change overseeing engagements configuring technical infrastructure components conducting business-focused testing and providing training. Your role will require the development and demonstration of specialized knowledge and skills in utilizing ServiceNow as a comprehensive enterprise solution.
