Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our dynamic team in Lake Forest, CA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the assembly and testing of electro-mechanical systems, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Responsibilities

• Completing tasks to build from component parts the electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies
• Completing appropriate paperwork associated with assembly orders
• Adhering to all company operating procedures and quality requirements
• Performing surface-mount and through hole soldering on printed circuit boards
• Trimming, clipping, crimping, and tinning of wires and leads
• Properly label finished products
• Fabricate, test and troubleshoot electrical cables, Harnessed and electronic components and assemblies for High Reliability Integration
• Harness and cable building.
• Assemble fabrication and inspect complex box builds
• Integration of electrical and mechanical assemblies
• Install, mount, fasten, align and adjust parts, components, wiring and harnesses to subassemblies and assemblies using hand and small power tools
• Operate automatic and semi-automatic machines to position, solder and clean prescribed components on printed circuit boards
• May replace defective components and repair and overhaul older devices.

Qualifications

You should be proficient in :

Requirements

High School Education or equivalent. Minimum two years’ inspection experience of surface mount and through-hole printed circuit boards is a must. Experience using DMM (digital multimeter); must have the ability to measure & interpret the multimeter readings. Experience in contract manufacturing. Ability to read and understand work instructions. Ability to identify components, polarity (placement of components), part marking, solder joint inspection. Ability to interpret quality control specifications. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Computer literate. Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers.
