Director of Business Configuration

A company is looking for a Director, Business Configuration & Shared Services-Virtual.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee business configuration delivery and consistency across various teams

Drive measurable portfolio delivery and enhance the implementation delivery model

Manage a team to ensure service level agreements and performance metrics are met

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a technical field, or equivalent experience

Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience

Professional certification in Business Analysis or Project Management

At least 3 years of experience managing projects using Agile or similar methodologies

Proficiency in project management software such as Confluence and JIRA
