Job Summary :

• Providing personal hygiene assistance
• Helping with mobility both in-home and outside of home
• Planning and preparing meals
• Running errands with clients
• Performing light housekeeping duties
• Assisting with medication reminders
• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living
