Job description

Job title- Brokerage accounts specialist

Pay- $23.44 / hr W2

Duration- 12 months

Location- Pennington, NJ

Training & Work Schedule

Training : Onsite 5 days / week for the first 5-6 weeks

Regular Schedule : Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH

Hours : 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM EST

Role Overview

Support onboarding and maintenance of brokerage accounts by reviewing documentation, activating account traits, and responding to branch office escalations through casework and internal calls.

Core Responsibilities

Review client documentation for accuracy and completeness

Work cases in systems such as SRP and ASAP

Answer internal branch office phone calls and resolve escalated issues

Make informed decisions that balance client experience and risk management

Required Skills

Strong decision-making and risk management abilities

Effective communication and client service experience

Highly organized, team-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable

Able to work independently and learn quickly

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with brokerage account operations and related systems
