Temporary, full-time positions available from 04 / 01 / 2026 to 12 / 15 / 2026 with Distinguished Development, Inc. located at 70467 Korte Rd, Bruce Township, MI 48065. Maintain or landscape property using hand or power tools or equipment. Tasks may include sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Forty hours per week. Eight-hour workday. Mon-Fri; 7 : 00am-4pm. Overtime hours possible and varies. Employees may be required to stay until 5 : 30 each day. Saturdays may be required. No minimum education required. No minimum experience is required. The employee will not supervise other workers. Travel will be required. Daily transportation provided by the employer to worksites. Work will be performed in the following counties : Macomb and Oakland. Wage : $22.50 / hr. Overtime Wage : $33.75 / hr. Workers paid weekly. Optional board / lodging available at a cost to be deducted from pay if elected. Cost of housing : $108 per week. On-the-job training provided. Raises and / or bonuses may be offered to any worker in the specified occupation, at the company's sole discretion, based on individual factors including work performance, skill and tenure. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for workers' reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence provided at a rate of at least $16.28 / day during travel to a maximum of $68 / day with receipts / documentation of actual expenses. Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job, and guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12 week period of total employment period.
