What youll do

Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following :

Architect and maintain a new AI data infrastructure

Work cross-functionally with IT Legal and Risk on AI governance

Implement ethical AI frameworks and compliance standards to Scouts first AI data portfolio

Support model deployment and monitoring of systems along with assessing and integrating new AI tools.

Location & Travel Expectations :

• This role will be based out of the Scout Motors location in Fremont California or out of the Scout Motors corporate headquarters in Charlotte NC. This role may be remote to start but will transition to an in-office setting at the headquarters within 6 months of start date. This role is not eligible for remote work in New York City.
• The responsibilities of this role require 4-5 days attendance in office with in-person meetings and events regularly.
• Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the companyfrom time to time.

Pay Transparency

This is a full-time exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidates skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.

Initial base salary range $180000.00 - $220000.00

Initial California base salary range $198000.00 - $242000.00
