Key Responsibilities

Lead annual and quarterly planning processes for Global Communications, translating enterprise priorities into actionable goals

Partner with leadership to define and evolve the operating model and capabilities needed for organizational success

Support the leadership team in developing materials for executive discussions and ensure alignment of communications priorities with company strategy

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in strategy, communications, or business operations within a large, matrixed organization

Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills to simplify complexity and identify patterns

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive alignment among senior stakeholders

Experience in consulting, communications strategy, or business planning
