Required Qualifications :

The salary range for New York residents is $249,728 to $355,092 per year. This salary range represents total cash compensation at target. The actual range and mix of base and bonus pay will vary based on experience and performance metrics achieved. Salary is determined by several factors including education, work experience, certifications, and other considerations. Alongside your salary, UnitedHealth Group provides a comprehensive benefits package, incentives, recognition programs, equity stock purchase options, and 401k contributions, subject to eligibility requirements.
