WHAT YOU WILL BRING :

• DMD or DDS from accredited dental school.
• Valid New York dental license (or in the process of obtaining) that is in good standing.
• Ability to maintain state required insurance coverage.
• DEA license
• 2+ years of experience in General Dentistry.
