Job Summary : The Service Technician II is responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on TBD properties, ensuring they are in excellent condition and meet the highest quality standards. The technician will respond to service requests, troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary repairs to maintain resident satisfaction and uphold the company's reputation for excellent service.
Duties - Responsibilities
Conduct scheduled quarterly and seasonal preventative maintenance.
Respond promptly and per work order turn requirements to service requests from residents and address reported issues efficiently,
Complete necessary scheduled Pre-move out inspection & move out inspections.
Maintain accurate records of all the maintenance and repair activities, including work orders, materials used, and hours worked.
Interact with residents in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with the service provided.
Monitor and request necessary supplies, tools, and equipment for maintenance and repair tasks.
