Administrative Assistant Skilled Trades Support
Location : Bohemia, NY Pay : $19$22 / hour Schedule : MondayFriday, 7 : 00 AM4 : 30 PM

Must-Have Skills + 1+ year of administrative experience. + Experience with CRM systems (Jobber preferred). + Strong communication and organizational skills. + Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel. + Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. + Valid driver's license.
What You'll Do + Be the first point of contact for customersanswer calls, emails, and handle inquiries professionally. + Schedule appointments, dispatch jobs, and keep technicians on track. + Maintain accurate client records and job details in Jobber. + Assist with quotes, invoices, data entry, and permit paperwork. + Coordinate with warehouse and field teams to manage inventory and job readiness. + Help with warehouse tasks (loading / unloading, inventory updates) for 6090 minutes daily. + Monitor project timelines and communicate updates to clients and staff.
What You Bring + 1+ year of administrative or office support experience. + Hands-on experience with CRM systemsJobber preferred. + Strong communication and multitasking skills. + Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office, and Outlook. + Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. + Valid driver's license. + Familiarity with service-based industries is a plus.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bohemia, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
