Job Description

We are seeking several highly motivated Investment Associates to join a fast-growing investment team. This role offers the opportunity to work across a unique investment platform that includes a core fund-of-funds strategy as well as secondaries and direct investments. You will play a critical role in sourcing, evaluating, and diligencing top-tier investment opportunities, and in building lasting relationships with fund managers and other industry leaders.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate exceptional investment opportunities, with a focus on fund-of-funds strategies.
• Conduct in-depth due diligence, including market analysis, competitive research, and financial assessments.
• Contribute to secondary and direct investment deal flow.
• Maintain and expand relationships with fund managers, founders, and other key stakeholders.
• Present clear, data-driven investment recommendations to the team.
• Assist with portfolio monitoring, reporting, and performance tracking.
