Overview :

Career Staffing Talent (CST) is hiring a Vice President of IT on behalf of a leading national law firm. This is a hybrid role based in Philadelphia, PA , responsible for overseeing IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, service delivery, and cybersecurity compliance across a multi-office environment.

Were looking for an experienced IT executive to lead a team of 30+ professionals and ensure operational excellence, user satisfaction, and technology scalability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead daily IT operations : infrastructure, software development, enterprise applications, and service desk.
• Drive system uptime, data security, scalability, and performance across all offices.
• Collaborate with the VP of User Experience to enhance service delivery and end-user satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC, HIPAA, and GDPR; lead incident response planning.
• Track and report operational KPIs and implement service improvement initiatives.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing IT team.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.
• Align IT strategy with business goals and present updates to executive leadership.
