We are seeking a passionate and experienced Special Education Teacher / Case Manager to join our team for the upcoming school year. This role is specifically for a Self-Contained Math Teacher , serving students with special needs in a dedicated classroom environment. If you have a strong background in case management, are comfortable writing IEPs, and want to work in a supportive, high-impact setting is the opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

As a Special Education Teacher and Case Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality math instruction while managing all aspects of IEP development and compliance for your caseload. You will :

Instruction & Student Support

• Teach math in a self-contained classroom aligned to students IEP goals
• Provide direct Specially Designed Instruction (SAI) in-person or virtually
• Monitor student progress on IEP goals and adjust instruction as needed
• Collaborate with general education staff to ensure appropriate accommodations and supports are in place
