Multi-Site Maintenance Technician (40028)

Qualifications :

• Previous working experience as a Maintenance Technician for (1) year(s)  - Required
• Must be able to travel to and from multiple properties on a as needed basis
• Any additional relevant certification will be considered an advantage (HVAC CMRP etc.)
• In depth knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Applicable knowledge of tools common appliances and devices
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Problem solving aptitude
• High school diploma

Additional Information :

Colvos Terrace (27 units) & Fawcett Apartments (60 units)

$25 - $28 hourly

Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)
