Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
Serve as the key point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Analyze client feedback to enhance program quality and satisfaction.
Identify growth opportunities and support business development initiatives.
Prepare and present progress reports and recommendations to leadership.
