Job descriptionArchitect and implement conversational AI flows using IBM WatsonX Orchestrate Integrate external APIs and cloud functions for dynamic responses Collaborate with UI / UX and backend teams to fulfill user intents Develop, test, deploy, and maintain chatbots across voice / chat channels Apply NLP and machine learning to enhance chatbot performance Tune speech-to-text models and refine TTS using SSML Integrate chatbot solutions with multiple platforms and data sources Stay current with emerging technologies and support business development IBM Watson Speech-to-Text, Watson Discovery SSML tagging for TTS refinement Experience with semantic search and unstructured data integration 5+ years in software delivery 3+ years chatbot development (WatsonX, Dialogflow CX, Lex, Kore.ai, etc.) 3+ years NLP and training data optimization 1+ year CICD, Git, unit testing, source code management 1+ year cloud development and deployment experience 1+ year backend development (Java, Node.js, Python) 1+ year frontend / multi-language experience (JavaScript / TypeScript) 1+ year Agile / DevOps experience Experience with multi-channel bot deployment (voice / chat) Frontend integration for chatbot UI Conversational flow design and intent mapping Experience with LangChain, Pinecone, LLaMA, Hugging Face (bonus)

Job Overview :
CVS Health is seeking a Fullstack Developer with hands-on experience in IBM WatsonX Orchestrate to build and optimize a next-generation Conversational AI platform. The solution will deliver accurate, real-time health insurance information to members and providers across digital channels. The ideal candidate will lead the development of intelligent conversational flows, integrate enterprise APIs, and collaborate across product, design, and engineering teams.
