Shipping and Receiving Tech (Aerospace Manufacturing)

The Shipping & Receiving Tech is responsible for the accurate, timely, and compliant movement of materials in and out of the foundry. This position plays a critical role in maintaining part traceability, supporting production flow, and coordinating daily logistics activities with internal teams and external partners.

What will you do?

Shipping

• Prepare and verify shipment documentation, including packing lists and certifications, using the Oracle ERP system.
• Coordinate pickups with carriers (UPS / FedEx, LTL / FTL) and ensure proper scheduling of outbound freight.
• Package castings and materials according to aerospace / industrial standards, including labeling, protection, and segregation requirements.
• Complete all shipping transactions in the ERP system with high accuracy.
