Sr Team Lead

Sr Team Lead position is available for an experienced applicant who enjoys working in a warehouse environment. The qualified candidate would have experience leading and directing teams of individuals who are responsible for picking-packing orders and forklift operators. This is a great opportunity for a successful candidate to have a career path to one day become a supervisor. Jay Group is looking for a Sr Team Lead who will work 4-10 hour days and be responsible for our weekend day shift. Schedule is : Saturday, Sunday, Monday & Tuesday 6 : 00am to 4 : 30pm (arriving 30 minutes early on Saturday & Sunday).

Sr Team Lead Job Responsibilities :

• Assigns tasks to team members to optimize productivity
• Monitors the productivity of your team members, sharing numbers daily and coaching underperformers
• Auditing the quality of work performed by team members and giving feedback as necessary
• Assists Supervisor / Site Director with documentation, job set-ups and paperwork
• Maintaining high standards for professional conduct
• Onboarding and training new hires
• Giving feedback as necessary for productivity, attendance, or workplace conduct
• Listening to feedback and resolving issues from your team, escalating as necessary
• Promoting a safe and motivating workplace and atmosphere
