Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Director of Sales to lead our sales operations across Colorado and the extended Mountain Region. This strategic leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and managing a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate is a player-coach who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong client relationships and developing sales talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with corporate goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Account Executives and Sales Associates.
  • Actively participate in high-value client engagements and complex deal negotiations.
  • Analyze market trends and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, and Solutions Architecture.
  • Oversee regional hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives.
  • Foster strong relationships with OEMs, partners, and key clients.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in technology or B2B services.
  • Proven success managing remote or hybrid teams across multiple territories.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, forecasting, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
