A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Service Center Advocate to support clients with employee benefit inquiries remotely. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and provide support regarding employee benefit enrollment Document caller inquiries accurately and ensure compliance in processing transactions Take accountability for the entire process from receipt of work to resolution Required Qualifications Service Center and / or Customer Service experience is required Prior benefit administration or insurance experience is preferred but not required Strong customer-centric mindset and interpersonal skills Comfortable with technology and able to work in a remote environment Internet speeds of above 20 Mbps (Download) and 5 Mbps (Upload) are required
