• Required Skills : - Must have strong clinical assessment, communication & documentation skills. - Comfortable working independently within a team-based care model. - Proficient in interpreting cardiology imaging & diagnostic testing results for mgmt of complex patients.
• Additional Duties : Inbox coverage / mgmt for absent providers.
• EMR : Epic
• Other Info : - No procedures & No Consultations - Follow-up & established patient visits only
