What's the Opportunity :

We're hiring a hands-on program manager to own our influencer marketing engine and our third-party strategic marketing partnerships. You'll build relationships with creators and industry voices, sponsor and activate training + field events, and project-manage a portfolio of paid initiatives within our strategic partnersadvertising, webinars, content syndication, and more. You'll collaborate within our internal team (Demand Gen, Marketing Ops, Product Marketing, and Creative).

You're equal parts relationship-builder and air-traffic controller : great at negotiating, briefing, and coaching partnersand relentless about timelines, budgets, and measurable outcomes.

Note : This role is only open to candidates residing in EST or CST.

Own influencer strategy & execution :

• Identify, vet, contract, and brief creators across LinkedIn, YouTube, podcasts, newsletters, and niche communities.
• Build program tiers (celebrity, industry, practitioner) with clear deliverables, FTC-compliant guidelines, and brand safety checks.
• Co-develop content (concepts, outlines, talking points) and manage publishing calendars and UTM tracking.
