Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones, scheduling patient appointments, and providing a welcoming experience for all visitors.Prepare medical charts and collect necessary third-party payment information.Record charges, process payments, and assist in maintaining accurate financial transactions.Assist healthcare providers during patient visits, performing designated procedures under the supervision of a physician.Provide limited direct patient services, ensuring a positive and efficient patient experience.Collaborate with Nursing Support Staff to address front-line clinical and nursing concerns.Skills & Attributes
