Akura is seeking a Sr. Manager / Director of Marketing to contribute to the global commercial strategy for our innovative catheter-based portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing this is a hands-on high-visibility leadership role responsible for both upstream and downstream marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a player-coach with a proven track record of launching disruptive therapies deep expertise in the interventional space and an intimate understanding of the cath lab ecosystem. You will be responsible for shaping our brand defining product roadmaps and driving commercial execution to establish our technology as the standard of care in the Venous Thromboembolism (VTE) market.

Responsibilities Skills & Hands-On Experience :

Upstream Marketing & Strategy :

• Serve as the marketing lead on cross-functional product development teams translating deep market and clinical insights into actionable product requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis including competitive landscape market trends and Voice of Customer (VOC) research to identify unmet needs and guide portfolio strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a global network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) including Interventional Cardiologists Interventional Radiologists and Vascular Surgeons to inform product development and clinical strategy.

Our salary ranges are calculated by role level and location. Please note that your position within that range will be determined by your job-related knowledge location skills experience relevant education and training / certifications. The base salary range for this full-time position is between $150000 - $200000 equity benefits.
