As part of our Internal Float Pool, you'll have the opportunity to work across multiple units including ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center. Each shift brings new experiences and a chance to expand your clinical skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units.
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Quickly adapt to different unit workflows while ensuring clinical excellence.
