Job descriptionGreet guests in a timely manner with a professional friendly tone Provide attentive efficient friendly service following our SOPs Willing to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays Complete all opening side work to prepare yourself for the shift Complete all closing side work at end of shift Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage Have full knowledge of all menu items garnishes contents and preparation methods Follow all policies and procedures Responsible for personal hygiene grooming clean uniform and professional appearance Responsible for punctuality when reporting to work and clocking in only after being in full uniform Maintains cleanliness of all dining and patio areas High School Diploma / GED a plus but not required Previous experience a plus Must have courteous phone skills and the ability to take accurate messages
