Job Summary :

Manages end to end recruiting process of sourcing engaging evaluating and hiring job candidates. Provides the best quality service to hiring managers candidates and HR leaders. Adjusts scope of work to achieve departmental benchmarks and goals.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment and talent acquisition with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with the following experience will be strongly preferred :

• Healthcare Experience : Experience working in the healthcare industry or recruiting for healthcare roles is highly desirable.
• Hard-to-Fill Sourcing Expertise : Demonstrated ability to source and attract top talent for hard-to-fill positions utilizing a CRM or other innovative sourcing tools.
• High Volume Requisition Management : Proven success in managing a large number of requisitions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Workday Proficiency : Hands-on experience with Workday for recruitment and talent management processes is a strong advantage
