Outpatient Focus with Expansion Potential : Provide high-quality outpatient care, with opportunities to expand into corporate wellness, law firms, residential treatment partnerships, and beyond. Premium Experience : Primarily out-of-network model with credentialing underway for BCBS, reducing administrative burden and supporting high-quality care. Structured Time for Patients : 2-hour initial psychiatric evaluations ensure depth and quality from the start. Strong Admin Support : Our admin team plus an AI scribe streamline your work so you can focus on care, not paperwork. Advanced Tools : Access to GeneSight pharmacogenomic testing, targeted labs, QB Check for ADHD assessment, and more to support precision-based psychiatry. Preventing Burnout : We believe healthy clinicians create healthy patients . We prioritize reasonable caseloads, shared support, and sustainable workflows. Work-Life Balance : Hybrid schedule with 1 day in-office and flexible telehealth , so you can maintain balance and joy outside of work. Learning & Growth : Abundant clinical resources, mentorship, and annual therapy-focused training (conference, workshop, or certification) supported by the practice. Collaboration Built In : Participate in bi-monthly / monthly staffing meetings for connection, case support, and professional growth. Experience : Minimum 1 year as a practicing PMHNP (preferred 2 years) Therapeutic Skills : Integrates brief therapy techniques into psychiatric visits. C+A Experience : Child & adolescent experience strongly preferred. Conduct 2-hour comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for new patients. Provide ongoing outpatient follow-ups with integrated therapy-informed care. Collaborate closely with other PMHNPs, therapists, coaches, and functional medicine providers. Participate in bi-monthly / monthly staffing meetings for peer review and connection. Integrate neurofeedback, GeneSight testing, targeted labs, QB Check, and other innovative tools into treatment plans. Use AI scribe and admin support to streamline documentation and protect your time. Incorporate therapeutic approaches (CBT, DBT, brief therapy, etc.) into visits. Complete yearly therapy-focused training for professional growth. Grow your clinical niche while supporting practice expansion into corporate wellness, law firms, and residential facilities. Provide inclusive, strengths-based care that supports adults, parents, youth, and neurodivergent communities.
