Job description8-bed labor unit 13-bed postpartum unit 16-bed Level 3 NICU Hospital Highlights : Baby-Friendly designation, Level III NICU staffed with board-certified neonatologists Total Compensation Range : $259,000 - $480,000 Sign-On Bonus / Relocation Assistance available for qualified candidates Work-Life Balance : Positive work-life balance with collaborative, energized clinical team Professional Environment : Supportive, team-oriented culture guided by core values : Nurturing Care, Own It, Respect, Build Trust, and Hardwire Excellence Education : Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited medical school Training : Completion of an accredited OB / GYN residency program Certification : Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology Licensure : Valid and active California medical license Other Certifications : BLS and ACLS required; NRP preferred Experience : Minimum of 1 year preferred, though recent residency graduates are welcome
